09/1-2 - beginning to engage in reflective discussions regarding the flow of the day and the unfolding of the lessons within. -CPM
09/14 - Mimicked a math and ELA lesson after CPM taught the first two of the day - MS

09/1-2 -We will continue to develop these discussions so that they include deeper reflection on the methodologies and strategies and not just retelling of the day's events. -CPM
09/14 - I realized that trying to use the same modelling technique's as CPM is good but I must also try to be myself in the process of teaching the lesson and not get lost trying to completely copy CPM's steps - MS

10/18/11 - Once I made my reflections on the lesson at the post-conference Alvin provided me with valuable feedback that I intend to incorporate in my next computers lesson which is the same as today's but with a different class - MS

09/12-16/11 - Is beginning to develop a sense of where different students are academically through study and examination of initial assessments done in ELA and Math. - CPM
09/12-16/11 - MS will be utilizing this information to plan for and adapt her lessons to accommodate a variety of our kids learning styles and needs. I will re-comment again on this after she has been teaching for a few weeks. - CPM
4.5 Identifies, defines, and attempts to conduct all dealings and to resolve problems cooperatively with those involved.
09/19-20 - Providing students with their selections of books for the ELA unit - Participating and Doing your Best - MS
09/19-20 - I explained to the students that they may not receive their first selection of books as a certain number of students are required for a literature circle to work effectively. I had students select their top three choices and explained that I would work hard to ensure that each student would be able to read one of their selections - MS
